What the school’s forms collect
- Admission form — the student’s name, mobile number, email, gender, category, date of birth and Aadhaar number; permanent and communication addresses; both parents’ name, occupation, qualification, PAN and Aadhaar; whether hostel or transport is required; and uploaded copies of the photograph, transfer certificate, birth certificate, address proof, minority certificate, character certificate, income certificate, previous class certificate and ration card.
- Contact form — name, mobile number, email, subject and your message.
- Career form — name, experience, the profile applied for, mobile number, email and a résumé.
- Fee payment form — student ID or enrollment number, name, father’s name, mobile number, email and amount.
- TC lookup — a transfer certificate number.
